5141 W. Master St is our first project under the Affordable, Low, and Moderate Income housing strategy. The four-story building, with cellar, bays, and rear decks, will deliver 18 dwelling units to the Carroll Park neighborhood of West Philadelphia. Approved by the Philadelphia City Planning Commission under the city’s Mixed-Income Housing Bonus, which allows additional height and density in exchange for a commitment to low-income units.
