Our investments are designed to preserve capital, and provide passive income and or capital gains at exit or asset recapitalization. Through our fundamental strategies of opportunistic value -add, core +, and debt structure, Capital Partners Fund employs a hands on management initiative that seeks to maximize investor returns and mitigate risk.

In an environment of ever changing business landscapes, Capital Partners Fund and its Manager have a dynamic and versatile approach to real estate acquisitions, asset management and disposition strategies. Our view is global but we maintain laser focus on the market where the asset is located, the community in which we impact, and the management team that is in place to carry out the strategic initiative. CPF believes that its not just about "other peoples money" but instead each investor dollar is treated as our own. That is why we maintain skin in the game. Our Fund Manager is currently the second largest shareholder of the fund and this philosophy remains tried and true as there is always significant capital in the investment from our Fund Manager. Planning and execution along with hands on management of the investment have proved to be critical pillars of success for the fund and its investors.
