Walter Marino

Walter is a Philadelphia-based real estate operator and serial entrepreneur with more than two decades across residential real estate — as a multifamily owner-operator, property manager, and developer. He founded Capital Partners Fund in 2019 to bring that operating discipline to urban infill housing across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Outside of CPF, Walter is Chief Administrative Officer of Global Link Law LLC and Co-Founder of Lawriocity®, where he applies the same operator’s lens to building high-performance services businesses. Earlier ventures span legal, transportation, and sports — a career arc of founding, scaling, and running businesses end-to-end.

That breadth shapes how Capital Partners Fund runs. Every phase is in-house — acquisitions, design, vendor management, construction, leasing, and asset management. The team is small, senior, and accountable. Every decision is made by people who have done the work.
