Our Core+ strategy features longer hold periods as we seek to unlock additional value post-acquisition, driving our total return. CPF invests primarily in stabilized l real estate properties in top 50 U.S. markets with a focus on providing current income to investors.

CPF Debt Strategy deploys investor capital via a note or convertible debt instrument to real estate sponsors that are acquiring property and are seeking short term bridge loans. This provides favorable returns to our investors over a 12-24 month timeline.

Guidelines

CPF provides Debt to real estate projects in the form of secured notes. Each deal is carefully evaluated and underwritten and must fit CPF investment criteria.
